I placed an order on paytm and facing problem from paytm because that product delivered on jalandhar address but my shipping address in chandigarh. And when I send email to paytm then they stupid revert back me that Thank you for placing your Order 1883827728. We have checked with the seller as well as the logistics partner; they have verified that the order has been delivered on 15/07/2016 at Chandigarh, . The order was received by Satwider .We would like share here your product proof of delivery.
But the thing is I have spoken with seller and he told me that due to some paytm side issue product has RTO and the seller name is satwinder who living in jalandhar and as per Blue dart tracking order delivered in jalandhar.
So overall this is proof that paytm guys sending wrong information to customer and eating money of customers.
