I have ordered products from many websites and I have never faced any problem be it returns or anything
But paytm is not one of them for sure
They offer you easy returns but then they want you to courier their item back and if you drop a mail or call to customer care then dnt ever expect to get any of your queries answered
They will say that they will get back to you in 72 hours but that wont happen
Then they will send you a mail that your return got cancelled because of the following reasons but aftr this statement there will be no reason in there mail
I will never shop from paytm again
