I have tried to recharge my postpaid mobile(airtel) for 50/- using Paytm. Amount got deducted from my account but the transaction didn’t go through. But within few minutes they have reverted the amount to my Paytm account.
Then I tried recharging again for the same number, It showed the payment was in queue for oneday and next day it showed transaction was successful. But I don’t see any credit in my Airtel Account. Despite of several followup e-mails I keep getting the same response stating that recharge was successful. I have taken the screenshots and sent them by e-mail. I dont see any update from paytm. They blindly claim that my transaction was successful. I see some foul play, even if they skip the payments of few customers its going to be huge benifit for Paytm.
