Its one of the best wallet service in terms of pricing and discount and winder tie ups nowadays some of the websites(not many though) started supporting paytm.
well this is all about the procs.
lets get begin with cons:
1) one of worst customer service.
2) frustrating to reach out customer service, do direct email and no phone number where they actually talk to you.
3) Not efficient technology, sometime on the customer service IVR and with the representative system, they are not able to find your order
this is not enough, sometimes they don’t even find the user details, they said with this mobile number there is no user and I was using their service from longer period of time.
4) payment fails more frequently with Cleartrip and IRCTC, paytm can not redirect and debit your wallet.
5) you can not transfer money and require some upgrade atleast for me, because I have crossed monthly limit, which is very small.
they really need to improve their quality and customer support instead of just keep on spending on ads.
