Although I was using their service since a long time and based on their service I have rated them as one of the Best mobile recharge station. but as the time passed they are No more able to keep the commitments and now their service is going drastically downward and may be the reason that they are unable to handle the heavy user base and hence they have started giving false commitments to the customers in terms of cash backs.
I have recharged one mobile number vide Paytm order no: 161023101 and during the transaction their site has confirmed that I will get the cash back of 20% after entering coupon code with in three days but didnt got any cash back.
I have taken up the matter with customer care of PAYTM and I got another promise that I will get the cash back withing 7 working days. while taking up this issue on 7th I have been told to get the cash back before 10th November. and on 10th November I have been told that I will not get the cash back as this in not applicable to to existing customers.
is it so that PAYTM system and the PAYTM team is not aware that I am existing customer while and after the transaction? or its a deliberate omission from PAYTM just to grab the customers even if they are unsatisfied and never return back in future?
What ever it may I found PAYTM and its team has to think and rethink on their policy either to grab the customers just for one time by giving such misleading/false commitments or to keep the new as well as existing customers by providing them good services and promises that could be kept.
