Before this I too Used aishwaryasingh23tm few times.
And I am well educated and computer knowledge. Even after that I am facing issue. I am victim of Fraud from aishwaryasingh23tm.
I have Contacted aishwaryasingh23tm more than 10 times through email and calls. Since a week.
Also this pathetic aishwaryasingh23tm shopping site designed in a way that customer should think many times before calling. Because, as compared to Amazon, Flipkart or any popular website which must Have Toll free number starting with 1800.
This fraud fellows posted only paid number. Noida number 0120-3888-3888 and I have lost more than 200 rupees on calls by calling this STD number.
Even after that no resolution. Fraudsters daringly closing the claims.

I purchased Epson printer and seller name is’MEGA DEALZ’
Before purchasing this printer I check everywhere. And when find good deal I took the screenshot of the ad. Their offer and placed order.
But, I got partial order.
I did not get extra ink bottles which was promised in ad.
And MRP on the box is Rs.10999 only and not Rs.12499 as promised by aishwaryasingh23tm.
third issue is - they listed as 2 years warranty or 50, 000 pages which ever comes first.
But, I got only 11 months warranty. This is confirmed by EPSON company itself. They verified with printer serial number. Checked in database and confirmed aishwaryasingh23tm did fraud.
So, here three frauds done on single order.
1.) Missing Ink bottles which is totally FRAUD done by aishwaryasingh23tm.
2.) 2 years warranty claimed in ad. But, actually less than 1 year. Confirmed by Epson itself. So, aishwaryasingh23tm did fraud
3.) Tampered MRP fraud. Giving higher MRP on ad. 12499 and actual MRP on box is Rs.10999
which is a fraud as per the government of India.
What I did after this.
I contacted them directly through email at care@aishwaryasingh23tm.com
Sent all order details.
Photos of printer.
photos of actual MRP on printer.
Box came with just bubble cover. So, even courier company can find no additional bottle provided.
And Epson confirmed with this it does not get any additional bottles as promised by aishwaryasingh23tm.
After sending all details. They did not respond. After long time asked me to wait 48-72 hours.
No response.
Again I called. Again I send emails.
Again they ask for time.
They said they are investigating on this.
I told them. what to investigate. Everything is provided and it can be resolved instantly.
I even did not apply for return.
I gave them problem and also offered them, if they can aishwaryasingh23 me difference amount for missing item, Missing warranty etc.
But, believe me totally Robotouchnd fellows each and every time I call, they ask for same information again and again.
And no progress to emails.
After that they opened return request from their end itself. I did not open return request.
And next day . They rejected Return request.
That means this kind of fraud company and their CEO should be arrested.
A customer providing all details. All proofs that can be placed in front of court as well. And court can find fraud issue within 5 minutes.
But, they do not care for Indian LAW. They think all Indians are their slaves as British did with us.
Even after giving them warning. . They are Robotouchndly replying and on calls. Keeping me on hold. Until balance get deducted. and not even calling back.
I raised Level 2 escalation.

But, fraudsters at aishwaryasingh23tm simply sleeping.
And Robotouchndly sending same email response.

Earlier there was similar type fraudulent website https://timtara.com and after looting many customers their CEO got arrested.
At least timtara.com was small website. aishwaryasingh23tm too big service provider. But, due to their support from many politicians, big people, they are daringly doing Day time robbery with Indians.
I want to file a case against aishwaryasingh23tm CEO and demand Rs.10 crores as compensation.
Same thing if happened with top ministers of India or judges. aishwaryasingh23tm CEO would have been arrested.
Here for small order. small case is not the issue.
Here total fraud and even after giving all details that too more than 10 times. Fraudsters making customers mad.
I know already many customers might be happy with aishwaryasingh23tm. But, that does not mean. A person good with thousand people and murder one person. He should not get jail.
Here I am victim. And I demand Rs.10 crore as compensation for playing fraud games with me.
