I hate it

As per your email dated 17.03.2017 the electricity voucher should be received to the undersigned on competition of 20 days from delivery date and the same period has already completed but still I have not received the electricity voucher of Rs 1200/- on my registered email ID vide order no. 2782945815 dated 20.2.2017 and I have repeatedly follow up with your customer care team via trail complaints but each and every time they told me that the problem will be resolved by the end of the day/24 hours/48 hours and 72 hours and presently I have received a e-mail 22.03.2017 that your complaint has been resolved.


In this connection, it may be stated that still I have not received the electricity voucher of Rs 1200/- on my registered email ID and now it is very critical situation created by Paytm for me and now am feeling totally astonish by the this version of Paytm customer care team.


Hence, you are requested to sort out the matter and send me the promo code if you have already forwarded the promo code than kindly provide the evidence/proof for the same as I still not get the same and status shows that the same code will be forwarded to me after completion of 20 days from order date i.e. is 20.02.2017. Further, I also attaching current order status with this e-mail.
