Patym.com is the well known website among all of us because it has become popular now After the Demonitisation process in India.
I have been using paytm App in my Smartphone since 2016. I had my 1st paytm account in october month of 2016. I signed up an account on Paytm App.
So, I rarely use paytm’s website, in fact I use it only if my phone is not to me.
The paytm.com, website is very slow beacause it takes much more time in Loading the Product’s images than its App. I have to wait too much in loading images of products on Paytm.
Paytm’s customer service is also not the best because if someone wants to connect with them, they treats you like a follower of them.means that u have to get irritated by thier Customer service.
Product quality on paytm.com is averagely good except Clothes.
Their delivery time line is really so far from the ordered date of the Product. They took 8-10 days in their delivery timelineness.
Finally, Paytm’s App is more cozy than the website as Psytm.com. Paytm is good for Recharges & Bill Payments with so many exciting offers. But, paytm.com website is not according to all my expectation as these expectations are completed on Paytm App.
