Hi friends I would like to share my experience with paytm as I have been using their services send more than 3 years now initially when they came into the market they used to give good cash back and good offers but then now as they have a good place in the market they stop giving good offers call cashback on top of that now a days whenever you try to do recharge many a times the amount gets deducted from your account and you are not able to do the recharge and then you have to pay again all you have to use any other service to get the recharge done even if it is on urgent basis sometimes you get stuck and we don’t know what to do when you want to call someone and the recharge does not work and also the products that they are selling online is not a good quality product I purchase some protectors for my earphone wire which was received but not as promised or shown in the pictures so I think Paytm does not anymore care for the customers because they already have Goodwill in the market shroud of 100 customers 50 of them are still shopping then there is fine for them all friends this is my personal view about Paytm what I have experience
