Paytm is known for drafting one the most misleading and cheating offers on its website. Their offers are designed in such a way that will force you to go for it, but promised offer will never be activated. And neither they mention T&C in detail nor you can click T&C buttons.
Most shockingly they don’t have customer care service, they only operate complaints by their email id, but you will never get proper replies from that email id, and they will became deaf & dumb on reminders, they are cheaters and stupids.
