I would like to share my experience with paytm. they are nowdays working against zero return policy although we get a pop up before buying that the product can’t be returned nor replaced but in case where the products are defective or don’t resemble the actual product then also the return button don’t work.
After that we we have to do numerous followups through email for return exchange.atleast this return should work we now fear to buy from paytm as it won’t be exchanged.
