Paytm fraud

I bought a product from Paytm It was completely low quality and damaged.  I wanted to return those and I contacted customer support  and I got this replay.


(these are made to order products) what is this mean?(Still you sent it in 2 days. that means this is not made to order products)

We would like to inform you that we are unable to process the returns of your order as these are made to order products hence cancellations and returns are not allowed. Products are covered under manufacturer warranty for the term specified. In the rare case of any damaged, defective or wrong product received, kindly contact customer service. Free replacements/repair would be done within 2-3 weeks subject to assessment of the complaint.
