On Sep 9th 2015 I booked a ticket on Cleartrip app as it was having offer of 15% cash back or max 1000 amount if paid thru paytm wallet. In the terms and conditions it was mentioned that it it will be added after 1 hour post the ticket booked.
But its been now 8 days I dint get the cashback added to my paytm account nor any of their customer representative are responding to any of my mails or post.
I was getting a 10% discount on Spicejet but since paytm was giving 15% cash I opted to book thru Paytm as I had a great impression on the way paytm used to operate and satisfy its customer.
But after this incident I dont trust any of the paytm offers as its just a way to expand its business though the customer have to suffer . Even they have responded once and told the 1000 amount would be added to my account in few hours but all again false promises. I have been chasing them but no hope. The mail that the had responded.
