Paytm is the worst possible website to shop anything. The customer support service is zero. If you email them everytime a different person will reply and you will have to explain your issue to each of them everytime. I had ordered 2 sets of pigeon copper baby handi and when I received the delivery it contained only 1. I e-mailed them the pictures but that was not enough. After tens of emails and phone calls, I was issued a refund after almost 2 and a half months. No aplogies, nothing from their side. There are numerous better websited to shop from than this!
I’m never shopping from here ever and you too should think twice before shopping from here.
