I’ve been using Paytm since its inception and have had all sort of good and bad experiences with it. I used to shop regularly on paytm and used to get stuff at very cheap rates because of cash back but I stopped shopping on paytm after I faced some issues with their new courier partner. I tried contacting their customer support via email but used to get same copy paste reply which never answered my question, which made me wonder if they even read my questions. I lost 500 INR because of their courier partner as I returned the product but never got the refund and Paytm’s customer support as usual was sending me copy paste replies which never answered what I was asking. Though I like the wallet facility and occasional cash back offers.
