Service going good to bad and bad to worst

Due to heavy traffic on their server they are not able to manage it. Yesterday I was trying to pay Vodafone postpaid bill and I was having some amount in my paytm wallet. When I pressed next option to reach the payment submit button and before pressing it they deducted my amount and showing bill paid successfully. I have not received any sms from Paytm about money deducted or from service provider that they have receive the bill. From yesterday evening their server is very slow that I spend lot of time to raise ticket for refund. They are charging very high in case you want to transfer your own amount to your bank.


Dear paytm take only that much of load which you have the capability from servers.
