Paytm: Not a good platform to recharge.

Paytm is not a good website to recharge online. They will deduct your money but you will never get recharge your account.


I recharged my Tata Sky with INR 385 on 21st Dec 2013 using Paytm. But my Tata Sky is not recharged with the same amount. However my bank account has been deducted with the same amount. Now where is my money?


I tried to search Paytm customer care number in many ways but failed completely. These guys don’t have any customer care. They are playing vary safe.
