My experience:-
Paytm is one of the worst experience I have seen. last year I booked 2 bus tickets from kolkata to digha from this application. the payment were already paid from my bank account and then they notified me about non availability of tickets & your amount will be credited within working 72 hours, where I had seen there were a plenty of tickets available before the payment transaction page. literally I went next day morning to esplanade bus stop and brought tickets from there.
PATHETIC service from PAYTM
KYC Verification:- some days before I uploaded my KYC in Diamond city mall at nager bazar, dum dum but till now I am not able to credited any cash back. so poor and cheap services.
I am very much unhappy and will not use this.
