I visit paytm site and app daily, and im very much fond of paytm. in everymonth I used to do minimum of 5-7 transactions in paytm in the form of recharge or shopping or booking bus tickets. but these people cheated me like anything, when I mail them they dont give proper response, even they dont have customer care number, they have number in which they dont have option to talk with customer care.
When I ask them more times regarding my wallet money, they stop replaying. again I have to make a new complaint and I have to explain everything, even then they stop reply. worst customer team and very bad
