Paytm is being the great when it is to recharge, bill payment and other service. Paytm is being working great for that, some people also make paytm has an resource to buy things from the offline store and than they pay using there paytm account to the respective shop holder.
But my experience with this paytm is really worst.I have used paytm for over more times but some times due less availability of network or data in my network some transaction becomes cancel and the paytm is taking a lot of time to refund that amount in my paytm account.This problems offered many to times to me and I have also being suffering from there carelessness.Even though company is providing refund of the amount against unsuccessful transaction but he time it take to refund the amount is much when it comes to the service.I think it must be due to the server problem or due to the traffic of the website but also this problem should not be neglected.This my humble request to paytm company to kindly resolve this problem.
