The concept of Paytm is very nice, using paytm has made things a lot easier for me. I can do online transactions easily, there are some downsides in the app which I have faced, but overall its a good app.
The layout and design can be a bit tough for people who are not tech savvy. I had to train my parents thoroughy to use the paytm app properly, so that was my experience. In my opinion the user interphase needs to be more simplified, so that any one can use it easily.
When it comes to features this app is full of goodies. Basically this is an e wallet, we can buy stuffs directly from this app, on top of that we can transfer money to other peoples paytm acount or to bank. The most prominent feature which I use is the recharge option. Honestly thanks to this I dont have to wait for mobile recharge stores to open, both prepaid and post paid recharge can be done through this.
One of the biggest things which I hate about this app is the rates of charge that it deducts when we transfer the money to bank, its a bit too much they should reduce the charge. But overall its a good app and the security is high too so its very dependable. I recommend this to everyone.
