Few days back I bought a pepsodent pack in which I found an offer of Rs.25 as paytm cash I opened up and found the code.I have an paytm account so I login and typed in the code I got some error during that operation I did’nt received any otp and after a bit of attempts I finaly got my otp via a phone call but upon adding the otp code I got an message saying that the promo code can be used only once and guess what ? My paytm wallet was not credited and the website says that the code is used how is that possible so I contacted paytm and described the issue to them but after 3 days a customer care representative replied and said that my wallet is already credited with Rs.25. But wait a minute here comes the carelessness of the paytm support team I have my self credited that amount to paytm on 21st of october 2017 and the issue for which I have contacted them happened on 8th november they are so careless that they even did’nt saw the date of transactions and now I have been waiting for over 5 days for any further rply I means I habe already selected the transaction for which I want the assistance but they simply pointed me a two weeks old transaction and said that the transaction is successful what will I need to say further very poor support from paytm.Now it seems to me that the cash back offer was a fake promotional deal to make us fool so they are simply ignoring my request and not assisting me
