Paytm does not listen to customers enquiry and do not respond as well, they neither have any contact number for discussing the issue and neither reply on your emails.I have mailed them 3 times within 10 days but no answers received till yet by them.my issue was that I didnot filled any mobile number and made a special teriff recharge of Rs.159 and the money was deducted from my account and the trancsaction was successful but actually it didnot happened so I mailed them the problem with the transaction id the same day but till now I received no answers from them and also not solved till yet.
Its not about the money but its about the consumer inconvenience, maybe somebody has big issue but still no one to answer or listen to their query.
