Very bas experience i am getting from Paytm teams
When I reached to deactivate my postpaid account they are ignoring with silly reason and not at all giving a proper responses.
I paid all the dues on time they simply tell as per the policy we should not use Postpaid service till the next month of bill due date then only they will cancel i waited for 1 month but not cancelled and they again asked for 1 month.
