Paytm recently offered great deals with low cost price on products and attractive cashbacks.
But ha.once I placed the order, after 2 days I get a message saying the order has been declined by the SELLER!. Why the hell was he even advertising the product then?
After that, out of the blue, I receive 2 items which still show cancelled on my mobile app.
Now it gets interesting, you wabt to file a return becz of low quality product, but u cant do it becz acc to the app its never delivered and when I sent an email to their cutomer care(PAYTM INSISTS ON EMAIL, AND DOSENT HAVE A CONTACT NUMBER) I have been followibg up for 15 days, and after saying 48 hours and 72 hours, today they say that my amount has been refunded?.
Beware this is fraud company
