Well, if you want to recharge your mobile its fine. But don’t buy clothes and other things. Three times back to back they cancelled my order and transferred the amount to my wallet. My wallet had 1000 plus rupees. When I requested them to transfer the amount to my bank account I was told that they will charge 4% as service tax.
That is when they themselves cancelled the order. When they can not deliver the product they should not let customers place the order. Even if the order gets cancelled, the amount should be transferred easily to customer’s bank account.
Customer care is pathetic. They just send customized messages to all the customers. Jabong, Amazon, Flipkart and Myntra are user friendly and customer care is awesome. Go for them not for this pathetic blood-sucker site.
