Paytm is now I think most used wallet app in India and it has earned this with its hardwork to provide customer satisfaction and always improve their services.
Concept: the concept on which the app was started was simple, it was just an online wallet where you can add money from which you can do online recharge, book movie or hotel and services like paying money from wallet to wallet. Everything is done online and safely. Soon with the digital revolution they started itroducing more and services which made everyone love this wallet service app more than anything else.
Layout and design: Paytm has done 1 good thing by keeping their app layout simple and easy to operate. the app layout comes in white and blue combination whis is most basic yet attractive. The animation used with ih the app are kept to an medium level which gives both good fell and at the same time doesn’t make slow or takes too much time to load.
features and functions: Feature wise this app is increasing day by day every week or so their is a new features which gets added to the app. At present you can book tickets for movie or flight or rail or bus, you can book hotels, you can avail bookings for bady care services, you can pay bills and do mobile/DTH recharge you can send money to bank account or to a person’s wallet. they also introduced paytm bank with in the app which is a very useful feature I think.
Usefulness: it not only the features that increases the app’s usefullness also the ease with which it can do things and mainly the cashback offers or discount offers that it gives on many services which makes people to come towards it rather than doing things offline.
Extra: There are many other things that make the paytm app superior than other in my opinion is that firstly it is avalible across all major 3 OS as Ios Android and Windows which is a good thing. secondly there is only one cash paytm cash which means this cash is the only cash and there is no restrictions in its usage, you can send this to others or avail services with this. In other apps if you get a cashback you can’t send it to others or use it fully at a time Like in freecharge, mobikwik or goibibo.
