Paytm is a digital payment platform, launched in 2010. We can add money in Paytm wallet using using Debit card, Credit card etc. and from Paytm wallet we can transfer money to recharge mobile, Dish T.V. etc. or we can transfer money easily from Paytm wallet to any bank account. It is best way for cashless transaction and a part of digital India concept also.
But from my view, it is not secured payment platform. Hackers easily can hack Paytm Wallet cash. Second disadvantage is that it charges excessive amount( 2%) for transferring money from one account to other account. I am requesting Paytm authority to make Paytm more secured and to reduce service charge during money transfer.Then it will be more helpful to common people.
