I am not so happy with paytm exeperience I have used a lot but it is not easy to use1 money transfer to bank to wallet it not to easy it takes time to not convenient 2This app this app has upi but it does not use its owned upi system for recharging itsown wallet you have to type up address and after that you can make Paytm but if you and upi payment app than why don’t you use that? Learn something’s from phone pay app it is most better than Paytm3 Apo is hard to understant not simple.and hard to find wallet balance and bank balance. I suggested show those balances at the home screen lots of people use Paytm beacause they don’t have other options otherwise it does not worth it.Paytm it must be more easy to use.user friendly and hassle free please update lots of work to do.The pathetic part about Paytm is they don’t know how to resolved an issue. There was money transferred from my friend to me and show I received it. But doesnot show on my passbook. The only responce I received so it was credited my account. iven I can see that but where is the money? And my friend I both raised and concern on we received the same stupid response. Till now I don’t know we’re the money wentI DONT SUGGEST NOT INSTALL THE APP
