Worst customer support.

They cant respond to custimer problem even after three days. No one know how long they would take to resolve issue.


I ordered pen drive order no 3138679820 on 26th April, 2017. This was supposed to be delivered on 4th May 2017. I reported non delivery on 4th itself ticket no 28755996. Tracking detail says invalid packet no or referance no.


So far no response from PayTM customer support. Neither they are able to track down packet nor they responded so far.


Feeling very bad.
