Been using paytm.com for long time. Recentky j forgot my password. So I tried Forgot password.
Recently paytm have started a call mode for changing password. OTP system is closed by paytm. It is good that paytm have done call refering for security purpose. But when we click ’get Call’ it takes time to get call and renew our passwird. There should be OTP option also which is quick.
Or Call system should be improvised as it is not working priperly.
Other problem of this app is they take additional fees to cancelled refund amount to add in bank account again.
