Ever since demonetization, people all around have been on the trail of alternative payment modes to smooth en their daily paybacks.Various payment apps have been mushrooming all over the internet and smart devices claiming to be the best and offering unprecedented features. It feels great to be engulfed with booming technology galore with the "Demonetized Customer "at its center.Technology never felt this savvy.Must say, PAYTM has been received as the most legitimate child of this mass movement though some politicos have been crying foul about its chini parenthood.(Its their job you see!).The same politicos are seen munching on Chinese delicacies at their dinner time.Their brains cannot ingest anything Chinese or Italian but their intestines do exhibit enough appetite for both these cuisines.
Honestly enough, how many of us really knew that this app really existed before demonetization?May be a handful will raise their hands Even if we knew it, how many of us really tried to use it elaborately except for buying movie tickets?.
Different apps have grown on our skin after the cashless drive but they look more like mirror images or derivatives of PAYTM offering maybe a few extra(often undesired)features.
PAYTM offers us everything from online shopping, buying air tickets, paying local shops in your area.you name it and you have it.I dont want to sound verbose by enlisting the features of PAYTM because by now, half the nation already knows about this disguised friend of the cash deprived. But simultaneously, internet based bank networks have not been supportive to this app thus trying to decline its performance. I faced this issue with state bank of India which took an hour to transfer money to my wallet. At first I thought it was the app which behaved pricey, but soon I realized that my bank was the culprit.May be they were trying to promote their own in house app(buddy).
As a democracy we have every right to choose an app of our choice(why do we always stand for our RIGHT on the WRONG occasion?).Why do we forget that we got water when thirsty from PAYTM during the demonetization drought?
Why cant we be secular when choosing a technology? How many dealers in our locality are seen with stickers of Freecharge or BHIM or the other so many which have cropped up? Its the PAYTM sticker which catches the eye in possibly every shop these days.
Personally I faced a lot of flak during this drive and I thank PAYTM for being in my Friendly neighborhood at the time when friendship with cash had gone for a toss.I use it liberally after that and recommend it to all whom I meet.NO.no.i do not work for PAYTM nor I have been paid a penny by them to write this review.Just want to pronounce "Gratitude".a bit loudly.
So friends.Try using PAYTM once.it really pays!
