I have place an order for my Macbook charger and I’m deleivered a defected peace with no invoice in the package . after writing so manyyy complaint mails thy quickly have sent me the soft copy of the invoice without addressing the main problem .And after that I have not seen any mail from them in response to my defected product for which I have paid in advance.
So buying online from paytm is at your own risk and seen so many feedback of similar type like . pore product quality, discrepancy in pic what is there on shopping site and what has been delivered etc. and the most no one response to the problem & thy have recieved money in advance so thy are not bothered . so please do not buy from Paytm. its extremely poor on costumer service front and there is no contact no where you can contact them every call goes on auto answer machine where thy don’t have any option of complaint and the funniest part is when I’m entering the order no as machine is directiong me it says.
You have enterd wrong order no and the call gets disconneted its so strange and once I could reach to one of their customer executive by following the option of wanna open your paytm account and that guys also didnt not help me after hearing my issue he said I’m transferring n disconnected my call and after thy dont know what thy did I just couldnt reach to customer care from same option .May be that blocked my no. I dont know but I’m now totally disgusted as even they have not given their head office no thy dont have greviance email ID or contact no. so that customer do not reach them . you hide information when you are not following ethical practice and harrassing people.
