Paytm

I am using Paytm app for almost 2 years in a row .I mainly use this App for mobile recharge, movie ticket .This App has served me fine for past years and still works fine .App and Website is eligently design with simple interface which is easy to use and understand and their will be hardly any issue regarding which you seek customer service .

But the problem has erupted in past few months back that really get my mouth sour I am taking about redeeming my money to my bank account .It was a good idea and I appreciate it very much but Paytm also take 2.04% on per 100 Rs as their commission which is in my views is not right, this affects shopkeepers who take their payment through digital means . They will get discourage from this policy and will return to their formal payment method which is inconvenient for customers .Although during my period of using Paytm I am confident that Paytm will do something in this matters if they want to make a big name in international market.
