Iam using paytm for about 6 months , but now iam using freecharge app for online recharge & bill payments.
Because I had some negative response from paytm sevice,
For about 3 recharges it failed after typing the otp even in 4g data network.
And a message received from paytm that recharge unsuccessful and the refund will be credited soon. But after around 3 days I did’t received any refund .And I request a customer complaint with proof and the replay was not acceptable, that recharge was done by paytm but ur bank declined it.so better to talk with bank
This is the message I received from paytm but money is debited for all these 3 recharges from my bank
So paytm some times fail to refund and at low data speed the recharge takes more time tha other recharge sites
