I have bought so many products from Paytm, but no product is good, all the product have some default.
Never buy any product in greedy of thier cashback offer.
They provide cashback but they are of no use with default products.
Customer Service:
Its bad to deal with customer services of paytm, they donot respond well.
Product Quality:
Quality of product is so bad, so ncan try with Amazon, Flipkart site.but dont ever trust to paytm.
Delivery Time:
Its have very bad sevices of courier service, product will handover to nuse 7 to 8 days.
App & Website:
is overall good .
Reliability:
Not good.
Only one suggestion donot go to buy product with Paytm.
