I m using the Paytm app from last 1 year.
Before Paytm app was very simple and smooth.
But as the app developed and added the purchasing segment it is now very boring to use the app. They have a wide range of products but the quality of the products is very disappointing. I have ordered few things from Paytm app in the picture the product looks mind blowing but in reality it is worst.
They dont give COD option on every products.The picture product is way different from the real product.
They say estimated delivery min 4-7 days even after paying then in advance.And the product arrives after 7-9 days.The app is also very messy.
