Their Support team is so lazy & bad!

I often recharge with them and found them trustworthy. But recently when I recharged with Rs.15 for my Idea Number as this was an STV. I received talk time of 10 Rs. rupees. Which was a horrible experience for the first time. I again recharged with the same amount after 24 hours but the result were same.


I sent them a mail explaining the whole issue and asked them to resolve. I waited for a long time of 3 days. I got their mail saying "You have issues with your network operator". I was totally shocked as They give me totally false reason and the issue arised from their side. I sent them a mail again declining the reason they stated. I didn’t got even a single mail after that.


Then I reached to Akosha.com website and posted my complaint there.


I was so surprised to see the quick response of PayTM on 2nd day( after complaint post). They also refund me 10 Rs. at that moment and saying sorry.


Conclusion: Always be aware of the methods to get refund from  the site you visit for shop. Not every site is Trustworthy every time. They may give you some headache.
