Paytm was my personal favourite when I decided to go cashless one year back . The interface was and is suberb and has helped me and my family in many ocassions one such incident was during payment of electricity bill when there were long queues for paying the bills as it was the last day of paymeent paytm saved the sweat that day really and on many such ocassions. But for the last 3 months or so the application is experiencing tremendous lag in its cash transfer it has got me many times in trouble and sending mails to paytm for refund of failed transaction. Paytm has to sort this issue right away as many competitive apps for many money transfer are on the rise in the market. To sum it up it is on a downhill from the standards it has set a year ago.
