Paytm is the first service I used for my online payments and I have been using it ever since. It’s variety of payment methods and ease of use is great.
It never showed me any problems during my payments.
I used Freecharge once and didn’t like the service because it constantly showed problems during payments via debit cards.
The shopping element introduced in Paytm is something I haven’t used. I think the prices are more reasonable in other shopping websites than here.
Also the interface of the app is also great with material design introduction.
Finally I would say that I use Paytm for my mobile recharges, DTH service recharges, My landline bill payments etc. and love the service it provides.
