Worst customer care support that I faced during my lifetime. I changed my phone number and I forgot my login password of paytm account. When I tried to login from my email. It keeps on sending otp to my old number. So I was not able to login and cannot reset my password too. So I emailed there customer care about it and then they told me that they will be needing my last 5 bank transaction detail from paytm and there is no other way of doing it. Wtf was it. I am using my registered email address and still cant reset my password. From then onwards I stopped using paytm.
