I have been using paytm app from last 1 year and it works good. They have special offer for me and giving me rewards for using paytm app time to time. Me and my loads of friends have been using paytm app because it was very easy to use and transacts through paytm app.
But after the demonetisation, whenever I tried to open this app, it HANG and closes automatically. I asked some of my friends and colleagues who are using this app that if they are having the same problem, then they said’YES’ to me. Even though, after every 5-6 days it asked for update which is so annoying. Sometimes, I got stucked in middle of doing some transaction which causes problem and totally wastage of time.
Data connectivity of app is also a main problem arises during these days. I am using 4G data connection but I’ve found that PAYTM APP didn’t respond to it and takes too much time to process a transaction. They didn’t find any solution to decrease the load onto the servers even after knowing that there is a great increase in the number customers.
Overall I have very bad experience of using PAYTM app these days and now I am looking for another alternative.
