It seems like PayTM [One97 Communications] and their executives are never serious about Customers, their Complaints/concerns services and even about their Work. PayTM executives never read any email or concerns of customers, and never bother about their responsibilities. PayTM executives do not have time to read the customers email carefully.
Already said that several times in my email, and I already paid last months Bill [immediately just only 30-40 minutes after midnight 23:59 pm], the Late fee and this months balance amount. So, there is NO Due of PayTM Postpaid till time.
Several examples and complaints against you guys-PayTM are already floating over the Internet but you guys are very busy grabbing all the hard money of customers. I do not need or am not interested to use PayTm Postpaid anymore.
Even though still my PayTM Postpaid account is not closed, I requested PayTM to close/deactivate my PayTM Postpaid account but still did not close my PayTM Postpaid account. And I am requesting the same to you, kindly close/deactivate my PayTM Postpaid account immediately, I do not want to use it.
On 07-Feb-2023, I just missed the payment of PayTM Postpaid by just only 30-40 minutes after midnight 23:59 pm due to some family Issue i.e. my mother was hospitalized and in serious condition.
But immediately paid total amount within 30-40 mins when I was free from the Hospital emergency and from conversation of doctors.
As one-time exception, all other Bank and Credit line service companies provide the waiver of late fee. But here due to medical emergency PayTm One97 Communications is not providing the Late Fee Waiver.
This situation can happen with anyone. But here PayTm or One97 Communications taking advantage and only trying to make money without understanding the customers problem, at least once. I am using Paytm since last 11-12 years.
I have never seen this kind of worst service of PayTm or One97 Communications.
I think in this case customers should avoid using PayTM Postpaid and PayTM services.
