Coustmer service is very poor of paytm. You just contact with paytn through email. Paytm have toll free number. Bit we can talk with computer only. We dont in touch with people. This is very big problem for us.
I am purchased 32 gb samsung card but they sent me 64 gb samsung card.
I’m visit the samsung care for product quality. But after checking they found product is fake.
I am contact the paytm. So I am return the item.
Delivery time is average taken by paytm.
Paytm takes so much time in dispatcg the product.
But paytm delivery is too fast.
Paytm app is not so good.
Paytm website is very good and easy for use.
If you Purchase with paytm be carefull. Buy a product with genuine seller only.
