Paytm.com is an electronic payment and e-commerce company. It was launched in August 2010. Since it’s inception, it has grown into a big market has millions of offline merchants. These are the things which I like about using paytm.
Design - Paytm can be accessed easily through mobile app or its website. The design of both is user friendly and have organised content. The website doesn’t lag much and the app too is stable on both android and iOS.
Online Market - It offers good discounts on a variety of products. It is growing day by day and may one day compete flipkart and amazon.
UTILITY - This is the prime and foremost feature of Paytm. We can pay electricity bills, water bills, license challans, book bus tickets, flights, train tickets, pay for your DTH, broadband, taxis, etc. After DEMONETISATION, it helped a lot of people in making digital payments with ease. A lot of shopkeepers and auto-taxis use it now.
Movie Tickets - Paytm offers amost 50% discounts on latest movies. They offer complete cashback on selected banks too. You can pay for fuel too at Indian Oil Petrol Pumps.
Security - The website is trusted and transactions are channel through a secure gateway. This app has become a trusted source of online shopping. Banking fraud cases are rarely reported in paytm use.
It is my DAY-TO-DAY app and I just couldn’t live without it! Though it is CHARGING 2% for adding money through Credit Cards, It still is the best bet in my opinion, when compared to mobikwik or freecharge.
