Paytm is not right option for online shopping because they always delivered wrong product and after returning product your refund will be processed in your paytm wallet which is entrap for customer because paytm wallet money is only used for shopping and bill payment.
If you r amount is more then 2k then you will be able to transfer it into your bank account.Recently I ordered Wrangler Jeans of 32 size and they dieivered me 34 size when I returned that product they added my refunded money into my wallet which is still there. In my point of view the entrap the customer money and make thed forced to buy product from their site wether their product is also duplicate.
