Being a loyal customer of PayTm and transcating like atleast 20 times minimum in a month I have sufferred a lot whenver my transaction had failed in the refund process.
I have tried to pay my airtel many times in two days and the transactions were gettinf failed continously and I was really frustrated at the failure rate.
And the worst part is that they dont have an proper customer care telephone number where we can receive an immediate reply and I had to write an email and wait for atleast an day for the reply and they kind off take very much time for the follow back of the problem.
The only good part of this thing is the kind off cashback offers they provide which makes me transact on their site
