I am a regular customer of Paytm and have ordered thousands of products from paytm in past.
This time I am highly dissatisfied and felt cheated after I got the cashback of only Rs 3000 instead of Rs 5500 which was mentioned in the order
(Order No: 3250122363) at the time of payment.
Yesterday my product got delivered and have send several queries reagrding the cashback.
Initially I wasnt provided any cashback after delivery of product, so I have raised a query regarding the cashback in my wallet.So after regular follow-up with them they have provided me cashback of only Rs 3000 .
So I was really shocked and felt cheated because I was supposed to get the cashback of Rs 5500(Screenshot attached) but got only Rs 3000.
So, I again sent query regarding the same but the reply that I got was useless at all.
So, I am requesting PayTM to provide me the complete cashback of Rs5500 asap.
So My suggestion for all is dont ever buy any product from PayTM if you want to enjoy shopping ever.
