I have been using paytm long now for making recharges and I will say that they are good for that business only, for online shopping you can’t trust them. They make fake promises and can’t be trusted, so better to avoid them.
Regarding an order no #1556175094, these guys are just making false statements. So better to avoid them for shopping, but as far as recharges are concerned you can trust on them.
