PAYTM HAS BEEN STEALING MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS. THEY ARE FRAUDULENT AND LOOK HOW THEY FOOL PEOPLE!
THESE PAYTM PEOPLE DONT EVEN READ THE MAILS BEFORE REPLYING. INSPITE OF TELLING THEM TO PLEASE TRY TO PAY ATTENTION TO MY MAIL, THEY DIDNOT.
This is what I wrote to PAYM:(11th Email to PAYTM);
Inspite of Repeated mails you guys don’t even Read what I have written inside
I did a transaction TRANSACTION OF RS. 6855 vide: BILLDESK ORDER #EPT24167548715. This was for multiple order at EBAY. Now due to cancellation of an order, Ebay has refunded part of the amount i.e. RS. 6151.20 back to my paytm wallet.- 12TH DECEMBER 2015.
I also have enclosed the confirmation from ebay about the Refund of the Amount! My issue is the Refunded amount of Rs. 6151.20 from Ebay has not been credited to my PAYTM Wallet.

Hello Jitenjal, Sorry for the inconvenience caused. We understand that your transaction was not successful however, the amount was deducted from your account.
We’ve reviewed and noticed that the recharge was unsuccessful due to an issue with wallet. We have already initiated the transfer of INR 80 to your bank.
The bank may take 3-10 working days(and sometimes even more) to show this money in your account/card. If, there is any further delay in receiving the refund, please check once with your bank quoting the refund reference number 4130030809.

HAVE YOU EVER SEEN A REPLY TOTALLY DIFFERENT THAN WHAT IS ASKED. I NEVER EVEN HAVE DONE A RS.80 TRANSACTION IN MY ACCOUNT. THEIR REPLY IS NOT EVEN LIGHT YEARS NEAR TO MY ISSUE, NOT EVEN RELATED TO MY PAYTM ACCOUNT ITSELF.
IRONY: THESE PEOPE SAY IN THEIR LOGO "SEAL OF TRUST" AFTER STEALING FROM US.!
